Cancellations of events
Cancellations are to be notified by email to the BelTox secretariat at admin@beltox.be.
Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
• Until 10 working days before the event, a refund of the registration fee will be given.
• As from 9 working days before the event, no registration fees will be refunded.
All refunds will be handled after the event.
