Abstract submission
Procedure
Participants are requested to submit electronically a one A4 page abstract using the enclosed template and submit the online registration form. The subject of the Annual Meeting abstracts does not necessarilty need to relate to the Annual Meeting's theme but can relate to any aspect of toxicology and ecotoxicology.
The deadline for submitting abstracts for the BelTox Annual Meeting 2011 is October 31th 2011. Three weeks in advance of the Annual Meeting, you will be informed whether you are invited to give either a 10 min oral presentation or present your work in a poster session.
Format of the abstracts:
- Maximum one A4 page
- Title of the abstract: Times New Roman, 14, bold
- Authors: Times New Roman, 12, bold
- Institutional affiliation and city of each author: Times New Roman, 12
- Name of the presenter of the abstract + e-mail address: Times New Roman, 12
- Abstract: Times New Roman, 12
- References (if needed): Times New Roman,
- 12 Keywords up to 5 keywords: Times New Roman, 12
